Jobs & internshipsInternships, taken for credit or not-for-credit, provide you with the opportunity of valuable work experience in a wide variety of fields, ranging from private, family-owned business to international corporations. An internship will give you the advantage of getting hands-on experience while also developing a network of contacts for the future. For many students, an internship is the the experience needed to land the first job after college. The School of Business can assist you in locating an internship that will complement your formal business education. Study abroadStudents are encouraged to study abroad for a J-term, a semester, or even a year. The School of Business frequently offers study away programs led by a business faculty member. Please contact us for information about upcoming J-term trips. Students planning to study abroad for a semester or longer should talk with the Wang Center to begin researching study destinations as well as meet with the Undergraduate Coordinator to discuss how your study away affects your academic plan.Scholarships Business scholarships are awarded annually to outstanding transfer and continuing business students. Most scholarships are awarded based on scholastic achievement and leadership skills. Other scholarships have more specific requirements.
