AACSB Accreditation Reaffirmed in 2005

The School of Business was reaffirmed by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in April of this year marking the 29th year of AACSB accreditation for the School of Business.  Being an AACSB accredited institution means that the programs offered at PLU have attained the highest level of achievement and met the stringent standards set forth by the Association.

PLU is one of just one of eight schools in the state of Washington to be fully accredited in business, and one of just three schools accredited in accounting (one of just 14 programs in the region).  Only 168 accounting programs world-wide have this level of accreditation.  The School of Business will be reviewed annually and will be up for re-accreditation in 2010.
