

Here in Dining & Culinary Services we wholeheartedly support the PLU community as we
all embrace living sustainably. Here you can find out what we're doing to live lives that are conscious of the future
and help you to do so also.
This year one of our Operations Managers, Wendy Robins, also has a focus on sustainability. She is working
with PLUs 2007-2008 Sustainability Fellows to help the department operate sustainably. Look for many great
ideas and practices coming out of Dining & Culinary Services this year.

One of our newest endeavors is the Unlimited Access dinners throughout the week. You won’t see an online or pre-printed menu for dinner because the exact contents of the menu will depend
upon what varieties of produce are available from our vendors and local farmers that morning. We will be
showcasing every meal in the Nightly Fresh Sheet that will be found on the digital menu screens at each
station in The Commons. Here you will find the dinner menu with information about ingredients and their
origins, nutritional information and other interesting facts about the food you’re about to enjoy.
