Brief Biography

Ralph, a native of Louisiana, has a rich background in Cajun cuisine and culture. After finishing his education in the Cajun country he received a BA in Philosophy, a MA in Theology, and an MS in Physics from the Catholic University in Washington, D.C. He went on to receive an MA in Educational Administration from Atlanta University where Martin Luther King had attended. He completed his doctorate at Florida State in Tallahassee, FL in Instructional Design and Development. After graduation he worked in the Florida State Department of Education, taught as an Adjunct at Nova University and became the Associate Director of the National R&D Educational Laboratory for the Southeast. He has been an Adjunct Lecturer at PLU since 1992.
