Emergency Supplies 

Students and employees should have a 3-day emergency kit. You may purchase an emergency kit at the Garfield Book Company at PLU. Or to prepare your own kit, go to www.ready.gov or www.emd.wa.gov/preparedness/prep_prepare_year.shtml.

Sign Up For Emergency Text Messages

PLU can alert students and employees to emergency events on campus by sending a text message to your cell phone. To participate in the text messaging program, you must sign up for this service at the beginning of the academic year by registering at the following Web site: www.plu.edu/campussafety/emergencyalert.
