We hope these tools are helpful in planning your programs and events. The Conferences & Events Office is pleased to assist you as consultants in your program planning. Please call or come in whenever you need advice or assistance. We encourage you to use these tools and adhere to the suggested timelines. The earlier you plan your event, the more efficient the support you will receive from the various service providers. Early planning also enables better advertising, time to create partnerships with other departments or off-campus constituents, and to accommodate unexpected changes.
