FT; Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm

General Description

Organize and execute listener based fund-raising including but not limited to on-air fund drives and direct mail campaigns; assist Major Giving Coordinator to identify Leadership Circle prospects for additional cultivation; track relationships with contributors and supervise staff processing of member contributions. Supervise the KPLU Listener Service employees in response to all incoming listener communications.  Reports to the Assistant General Manager, Director of Support Services.

Required Qualifications
  1. 1 year experience fund-raising in non-profits.  Education may substitute for experience.
  2. Demonstrated increasing leadership responsibilities in current position.
  3. High School diploma/GED.
  4. Finalist candidates must satisfactorily complete pre-employment background checks.
