Getting Help with Web Pages

There are a number of ways to get help depending on your learning styles and preferences.

Email Help

webhelp@plu.edu - Email the webhelp account with your web page questions and help needs. A team of staff web developers and the webmaster monitor messages and will respond to your help request. You can also use the online Webhelp Form.

webmast@plu.edu - Email the webmaster with your questions and help needs about the PLU web site. A team of staff web developers and the student webmaster monitor messages and will respond to your help request. You can also use the online Webmaster Mail Form.

comptelc@plu.edu - Email the Computer Center if you need help with hardware, operating system, SAGE accounts, or file transfer.

Threaded Discussion Group

Use the webhelp online threaded discussion group to view other questions that have been asked and post your own questions. You'll need to enter your SAGE user name and password to access the discussion.
