Wellness Clinic FeesOur fees are reasonable. A sliding scale based on ability to pay is available for the uninsured. Insurance plans that we accept include Medicaid, the Basic Health Plan, Healthy Options, Premera, Regence Blue Shield, many employer health plans, and others.
