Amanda is from Nashville, Tennessee. A freshman, Amanda spent last year studying in Germany. She is a Global Studies and Environmental Studies major with a German minor and she just returned from her J-term trip to Holden Village (which she loved)! Amanda’s father, Michael Peterson ’80 is also a graduate of PLU, making her a Legacy Lute! Amanda is currently busy being the Legacy Chair for Student Alumni Association and a member of the PLU Women’s Lacrosse team!
