Academic advisors at PLU are committed to assisting students as they
discover and define their educational, personal, and emergent life
goals. The advising relationship is a collaborative partnership through
which students may gain an understanding of academic disciplines and
university resources, and be supported and challenged to become
contributing members of the community. Advisors work to support and
strengthen students' development as they progress through their
academic journey.
These days, registering for J-term and Spring semester should be the
top priority of your student. By now, almost all continuing students
have registered for J-term and/or Spring semester 2007. If students
have questions about their registration or have not yet registered for
an upcoming term, we welcome them to contact Academic Advising. We are
glad to offer academic advising and to assist in the registration
process.
The academic advising office is located on the first floor of Ramstad
112. For more information about registration for classes, course
availability and a host of others please visit the Academic Advising
Website.
The departments that comprise the Ramstad Commons support students in
their academic pursuits and foster their exploration of personal and
vocational identity in the context of their lives and communities.
