End of Semester - Hall Openings &
Closing
Thanksgiving Break ~
November 22nd - November 26th
The Residence Halls will remain open at no additional cost. RAs or CAs
(in
South Hall) will be available and on duty during the break, but the
front desks
will be closed; mail delivery will not be available.
Christmas Break ~
The halls will close @ 6:00 p.m.,
Friday, December
15th and reopen @ noon, Sunday, January 7th.
Christmas break housing is available at a per day charge in a
designated hall. More information will coming soon on the sign-up
process,
exact cost, and logistical details. South Hall
will remain open for Christmas Break at no
additional cost to current South Hall residents remaining in South Hall
for
J-Term and/or Spring semester.
J-Term / Spring Housing Information
HOUSING CHANGES
Students wishing to apply to change their living
arrangements for J-Term and Spring Semester 2007 should come to the
Housing Sign-Up Process. This includes students who want to apply to
switch rooms in a different hall, apply for a single room, apply to
live in South Hall, or cancel their housing.

November 16th ~ 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.
November 17th ~ 7:30 - 8:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., 3:00 - 5:00
p.m.
HOUSING CANCELATIONS
Students wishing to cancel their housing, should do so before December
1, 2006 to avoid a cancellation penalty.
Canceling housing, also cancels one's meal plan.
Students going on a Study Away trip also need to cancel their housing
(for J-Term trips, belongings can remain room).
Students graduating and not living-on campus for J-Term and/or Spring
also need to cancel their housing.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Below is the cancellation penalty schedule. Cancellations received:
** Prior to December 1st ... No Cancellation Penalty
** December 1st - January 1st ... $200 Cancellation Penalty
** After January 1st ... $400 Cancellation Penalty
