A NEW PLU Dining Experience!
Fall 2007 will unveil the newly remodeled dining facility in the University Center building. The new facility will include four main stations offering a wide variety of selections including grilled burgers, fresh pizza and pasta, made to order deli sandwiches and salads and unique global dishes. Your student can also expect to see a make-your-own waffle station, a full salad bar, soups and desserts among the offerings.
Dining and Culinary Services is proudly owned and operated by Pacific Lutheran University and provides a wide variety of services for students and families! In addition to our new state of the art dining facility, PLU Dining and Culinary Services operates a brand new market place inside the University Center, Catering Services and numerous campus dining facilities.
