
Pre-Billing Statement
Parents, during the first week of July your student will receive a Fall Pre-Billing Statement and a form to apply for an Early Payment Lute Discount for Fall 2007. To insure that your statement will reflect all of the correct information ask your student if he or she has completed the following:
· Paid
the $200.00 Advance Tuition Deposit
· Accepted
their Offer of Financial Aid and completed
all requirements
· Submitted
their Payment Contract 2007-2008 to the
Student Services Center
· Completed
the Meal and Housing Contracts online
· Waived
out of the $400.00 PLU Health Insurance
if student is already covered by a comparable primary health insurance
plan at www.plu.edu/health.
Be sure to complete the above by July 1st for an accurate pre-billing statement. During the first week of August, you will receive your regular Fall Bill. Anything not completed by July 1st, try to get completed by July 31st for an accurate Fall Bill. Billing statements are sent during the first week of every month.
The reverse side of the pre-billing statement will provide an explanation of each section on the front. These charges are not due at this time unless you would like to take advantage of the Early Payment Lute Discount. If you do not want or do not qualify for the discount, fall charges are due August 25, 2007.
The Early Payment Lute Discount is a way for you to receive a $75.00 discount if you owe $3000.00 or more for fall 2007 and you pay in full no later than July 25, 2007. Further information regarding eligibility for the discount is detailed on the form.

Number (PIN) to have access to any information regarding financial
aid or their student account. Information will not be released unless
both numbers are available.
