This is the 06-07 PLU women’s lacrosse team after a hard fought battle against
Whitman University. PLU defeated Whitman 15-4 to secure the win. The game
was played at Western Washington University.
A Little About Us
Welcome to the Pacific Lutheran University women’s
lacrosse page! We are a club sport at PLU and are hoping to go varsity
in the next couple of years. Many people don’t know about
lacrosse but it is actually a very rapidly growing sport. Our team sees
more experienced players every year. We are hoping to better our
record of last year and be a top contender for first place in our
league. Last season we battled to a fourth place finish at the WDIA
Championships. This league includes club teams that range from Division
I schools like University of Washington to Division III schools like
ourselves. These championships are held in Portland, OR at Delta park. For the 07-08 season we are excited to welcome our new players for this upcoming season. Go Lutes!
