Applications for Graduation
All students seeking a degree from Pacific Lutheran University must apply for graduation. There are separate applications for Graduate/Master's degree candidates and Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree candidates.  Applications must be completed and returned to the Student Services Center by the deadline indicated to the right.  Applications are also available in the Student Services Center, located in the Administration Building.

*Applications are 2 pages long, make sure to print, complete and submit both pages.  Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
