The ResNet Help
Desk supports and assists residents with academically oriented network problems and questions. Assistance with computer configuration, network troubleshooting,
and internet applications is available to residents over the phone
(x7525). Assistance with Microsoft Office and other
applications are also available in person within the Haley Information Center on the main floor of the Library.
