Please contact the Student Help Desk at x7525 (535-7525 from off
campus) for all service and repair problems for your residence hall
room phones. (See next page for basic programming instructions
that you can perform.) You may be asked to bring your room phone
into the Library Help Desk for an exchange. We will
determine whether or not you need to do this after asking you specific
questions about the problem. If you leave a message after regular
business hours, make sure we can understand your message and please
include your Residence Hall, Room Number, Name, Extension Number, and a
brief description of the problem. If you are in doubt about us
having received the notification, please call back during
business hours to confirm that we have a service order opened for
you.
Students will be held accountable for
damages (that are determined to be their responsibility) which could
include parts costs or the replacement cost of a phone.
