Rebecca Greenway is one of the many students who live in the nine-story Tingelstad Hall – PLU’s tallest. Every two floors are broken up into a “house,” each with a common lounge, designed to foster community among residents.

Important things to do right away when you arrive to campus:

Get your LuteCard
The LuteCard is your PLU I.D. and must be carried with you at all times. It allows you to access your meal plan and also allows you to utilize campus facilities, like Names Fitness Center. If you didn’t get it over the summer, go to the LuteCard Office in the University Center. LuteCard Info

Re-read your orientation schedule
Orientation is the best way to meet people and become comfortable in your new community. You don’t want to miss a thing!  Orientation Schedule

Register your vehicle
You may do this on the Campus Safety website starting August 1.  All members of this community must register their vehicles with the Campus Safety office within 48 hours of the vehicle being brought to campus. An appropriate decal is issued upon registration. Parking space is at a premium on campus, so it is imperative that everyone parks in his/her assigned area(s). Parking tickets are issued to vehicles unregistered and found parked in reserved or unauthorized areas. Registration decals are valid from September 1 through August 31 of the following year.

Purchase your books
Go to the PLU Bookstore, located in the University Center.  You can also purchase your books online at http://luteworld.plu.edu.
