Re-Entry
Process
To re-enter PLU:
If your last semester of attendance was more than six
years ago, you must reapply in the office of Admissions
and Enrollment Services. Contact Admissions at (253) 535-7151.
If your last semester of attendance is six years or
less continue with the following information.
You may either download the following forms and submit
them to the Student Services Center or come into the Center
and meet with a counselor.

Address Confirmation Form
Provide any Official Transcripts to the Registrar's
Office from schools attended during the period of withdrawal
Resolve any HOLDS or previous financial obligations
to PLU. |
| Notification
of Student Withdrawal
All students withdrawing from PLU must submit in writing
the Notification of Student Withdrawal Form.
Submit Exit Counseling Forms for FELP loans (Subsidized/Unsubsidized
Loans if any) either in the Student Services Center or
online at

either in the Student Services Center or online at
Students currently residing on campus are required to
check out their room with the Residence Hall Staff.
Return your Lute ID Card to the LuteCard Office in the

Summer
Payment Contract
A Standard Payment Agreement that is required for all
students attending PLU during Summer Sessions
|
Address
Confirmation
This form is required of all students. It is your responsibility
to keep a current address with the Student Services Center.

Refund
Request
Refunds from a student's account begins after the 10th
day of classes for Fall and or Spring.
Summer processing begins late in the month of July.
Your account must show a credit balance in order to
process a refund.
It is your responsibility to keep yourself financially
prepared until your refund can be processed.
At the beginning of each semester/term the processing
time may take longer because of the volume of requests
