The Non-PLU form may be submitted  after April 14, but non-PLU students will not be registered by the Summer Sessions Office until May 12


Students need to complete this form to gather all the information that will be required for a summer session registration. Fax this form to 253.535.8320.  Registration is based on first-come, space available basis. All forms are stamped in the Summer Sessions Office as of date received.
