
Upon registration, the student and the student's parents/legal guardian
agree to accept the responsibility and legal obligation to pay all
charges for tuition, room, meal, and other special fees incurred or to
be incurred for the student's education.Pacific Lutheran University
agrees to make available to the student certain educational programs
and to provide the use of certain university facilities as applicable
and as described in the course catalog.
A failure to pay all university bills when due shall release
the university of any obligation to continue to provide the applicable
educational benefits and services including, but not limited to,
statements of honorable dismissal, grade reports, transcripts
of records, diplomas, and pre-registrations. The student shall
also be denied admittance to classes and the use of university
facilities in the even of financial default.
