The "Vagina Monologues"

V-Day is a global movement to stop violence against women and girls. Through the international V-Day campaign, women at PLU produce an annual benefit performance of "The Vagina Monologues" to raise awareness and funds for local anti-violence groups. The "Vagina Monlogues" is usually performed in February in Eastvold Auditorium.  The proceeds from the performances benefit local organizations working to end violence against women and girls. Past recipients include: the Sexual Assault Center of Pierce County, the Sexual Assault Peer Education Team, the YWCA of Pierce County and Phoebe House.
