Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) and the Southwestern Washington (SWW) Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America understand the need to the tap creatively into the youth population to cultivate promising leaders who are willing and ready to accept the challenge of lifelong service in a diverse world.  To further this vision, PLU plans to launch the Youth Leadership Institute to develop a multicultural youth leadership curriculum, implement the curriculum through coordinated leadership education opportunities and serve as a resource for the region's congregational and university colleagues.

A big WELCOME to our 2006-2007 Leadership Fellows!
