Outdoor Basketball Courts
Two outdoor basketball courts are located between Foss and Pflueger Halls. The courts are usually available for recreation throughout the day/evening. Some athletic camps use the courts for their program, making availability limited.

University Golf Course
PLU features a 9 hole Golf Course on campus. The course is a par 35 (a par 3 - par 5) with 2,732 total yards. Our course pro, Gary Cinotto, (PLU's golf team coach, PGA, head professional, NCIC coach of the year 1994-1996) is available for lessons or to assist in establishing tournament play. The pro-shop features a wide variety of merchandise, as well as club rental, pull cart or powered cart rental, and lesson information. The current green fees are 9 holes - $9.00 and 18 holes - $14.00. Course hours are 7:00 AM - dusk, seven days a week. Rates are subject to change.
Many groups will incorporate some sort of golf activity with their event, or promote the course as an option for free-time activity. To plan your tournament or for pricing information, contact Gary Cinotto at (253) 535-7393.
Athletic Training Services
Athletic camps are required to have on-site training professionals. The PLU training room and athletic trainer (student or certified) are made available for athletic camps' use through a contract between the athletic trainer and the individual camp. The athletic training room and the athletic trainer are able to facilitate taping and care of minor injuries, immediate First Aid care, referral to proper medical services and other care that might be required.
The athletic trainer will be available 30 - 60 minutes before each camp session and 30 minutes after the session is over. If the athletic trainer is not required to stay on campus, then they are on call to help with any out-of-session problems.
The cost for an athletic trainer is currently $9.00/hour if the trainer is a student. If a certified athletic trainer is desired, the cost will be adjusted accordingly. If a camp arranges for a trainer to stay on campus, a single room and full meal plan must be provided for by the camp.
The camp will be charged cost for any supplies used, a biohazard fee of $5.00 per bag, and any equipment lost or damaged by members of the camp.
