Conference and Event Facilities The following facilities are generally available for use by the Summer Conference Program. Additional spaces, mainly classrooms, are available depending on academic usage or other programs. Once the academic scheduling is done, normally in the spring, specific classroom spaces can be finalized for breakout rooms or other uses. Any facility may become unavailable for remodeling or other emergencies. Alternate facilities will be found in such an event.
