• Submit 12 samples in slide, CD/DVD, or digital/photo prints format of students best work in the medium that
  the Art Department offers in PLU curriculum. Original work is not accepted.
• Student must include name and social security number with their submissions for tracking and linking purposes.
• Art department reviews submissions and forwards recommendation to the financial aid office who will notify the
  student. Awards are given in the amount of 1, 3, and 5 thousand dollars. They can be renewed/even increased
  ($5,000 is the max) if the student shows continued progress.

• a DVD of recent dance experience performance and/or choreography
• All forms of dance are acceptable: ballet, modern, or jazz dance
