Other options for contacting students and employees are:

1. Phone: On-campus students and employees can be reached by calling the campus concierge at 253-531-6900 to be transferred to the correct extension.
2. Guess Email Address: If you know the person's last name, first name and middle initial, you may be able to guess their email address using the following format:
   
   Up to the first six letters of the address are the first six letters of the person's last name (or the entire last name if there are six or less letters in it).
   • The next letter is their first initial.
   • The last letter is their middle initial.
   • Then add an "@plu.edu"
   • For example, Jon Q. Doe would be "doejq@plu.edu" and Jane Q. Doughsen would be "doughsjq@plu.edu".
3. Search: Or, you can use our people search to find the person you're looking for.

E-mail messages may not be responded to because:

1. The person's e-mail box is full and no more e-mail can be delivered.
2. The person's account is not active.
3. The given e-mail address or name was incorrect and the account does not exist.
4. The person chose to not respond.

Official Transcripts

A $5 fee is required for each official transcript requested. Requests must include:

• Name, including any former names.
• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth
• Current Address and Phone Number
• Month/Year of last attendance
• Signature

Transcript requests, with Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date, may be faxed to 253-538-2545. Please allow four to five days for processing. Any type of hold may delay your request. For further information, contact the Registrar's Office at 253-535-7161.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are available at no charge to former and current students at the address above and at the Student Services desk. Current students may access their transcripts online at http://banweb.plu.edu.
