Having four houses in one residence hall is unique at PLU, but people who've lived in Alpine, Cascade, Evergreen and Ivy report that Tingelstad\'s size does not keep them from having a real sense of community. Every two floors have a common lounge. The top floors of this skyscraper-style hall also afford a great view of Mount Rainier!

Named for Oscar A. Tingelstad, president of PLU from 1928 to 1943.
