This form is for non resident hall room keys.
Report Lost Residence Hall Keys in person to Hall Staff Immediately.

Lost keys are a security risk to the University. Failing to immediately report lost keys may result in referral to the Student Conduct system and/or Human Resources. There is a replacement fee for lost or stolen keys.
