You're in! Checklist for Admitted Students

Congratulations on your admission to Pacific Lutheran University.  To complete your admission process, please follow the steps below.  We look forward to seeing you on campus!

  1. Submit your Advance Tuition Payment and complete the Residential Life housing request at www.plu.edu/bealute.  You can also find a PDF of the Residential Life form here.  
  2. Create your ePass and PLU e-mail account here.
  3. Sign and submit your Financial Aid Award Notice and complete the Online Payment Contract.
  4. Submit the Medical/Health History Record. Note: this is required for enrollment.
  5. Submit the Health Insurance Waiver Form, if applicable, here.
  6. Pay SEVIS fee and apply for an F-1 student visa.
  7. Confirm receipt of your residence hall assignment. This notice will be e-mailed to your PLU e-mail account from the Office of Residential Life.
  8. Submit your Housing Contract. The form will be mailed from the Office of Residential Life.
  9. Take the Math Placement Evaluation online.
  10. Register for PLU classes. To start the process, e-mail Academic Advising at intlaadv@plu.edu.
  11. Submit your final official transcript(s). Transcripts must be in a sealed envelope. Scanned or faxed copies will not be accepted.
  12. Submit an evidence of secondary school completion (Diploma), if applicable.
  13. Review the New Student Orientation schedule here.
  14. E-mail your flight information to intl@plu.edu.
  15. Apply for an advanced standing (major), if applicable. Note: to declare a major in Business, Education, Nursing or Social Work, an additional application is required. Applications are located here:

Checklist for Students with Conditional Admission to PLU

  1. Complete the Residential Life housing request here.  You can also find a PDF of the Residential Life form here.
  2. Create your ePass and PLU e-mail account here.
  3. Submit the Medical/Health History Record. Note: this is required for enrollment.
  4. Pay SEVIS fee and apply for an F-1 student visa.
  5. Submit your tuition/housing fee payment to Study Group. Note: Invoice will be sent by Study Group. DO NOT send your payment to PLU.
  6. Submit your final official transcript(s). Transcripts must be in a sealed envelope. Scanned or faxed copies will not be accepted.
  7. Submit an evidence of secondary school completion (Diploma), if applicable.
  8. Review the New Student Orientation schedule here.
  9. Confirm receipt of your host family information, if applicable. Note: Information will be sent by Study Group.
  10. E-mail your flight information to intl@plu.edu
  11. Confirm receipt of your airport pick-up information. Note: Information will be sent by Study Group.
