You're in! Checklist for Admitted Students
Congratulations on your admission to Pacific Lutheran University. To complete your admission process, please follow the steps below. We look forward to seeing you on campus!
- Submit your Advance Tuition Payment and complete the Residential Life housing request at www.plu.edu/bealute. You can also find a PDF of the Residential Life form here.
- Create your ePass and PLU e-mail account here.
- Sign and submit your Financial Aid Award Notice and complete the Online Payment Contract.
- Submit the Medical/Health History Record. Note: this is required for enrollment.
- Submit the Health Insurance Waiver Form, if applicable, here.
- Pay SEVIS fee and apply for an F-1 student visa.
- Confirm receipt of your residence hall assignment. This notice will be e-mailed to your PLU e-mail account from the Office of Residential Life.
- Submit your Housing Contract. The form will be mailed from the Office of Residential Life.
- Take the Math Placement Evaluation online.
- Register for PLU classes. To start the process, e-mail Academic Advising at intlaadv@plu.edu.
- Submit your final official transcript(s). Transcripts must be in a sealed envelope. Scanned or faxed copies will not be accepted.
- Submit an evidence of secondary school completion (Diploma), if applicable.
- Review the New Student Orientation schedule here.
- E-mail your flight information to intl@plu.edu.
- Apply for an advanced standing (major), if applicable. Note: to declare a major in Business, Education, Nursing or Social Work, an additional application is required. Applications are located here:
Checklist for Students with Conditional Admission to PLU
- Complete the Residential Life housing request here. You can also find a PDF of the Residential Life form here.
- Create your ePass and PLU e-mail account here.
- Submit the Medical/Health History Record. Note: this is required for enrollment.
- Pay SEVIS fee and apply for an F-1 student visa.
- Submit your tuition/housing fee payment to Study Group. Note: Invoice will be sent by Study Group. DO NOT send your payment to PLU.
- Submit your final official transcript(s). Transcripts must be in a sealed envelope. Scanned or faxed copies will not be accepted.
- Submit an evidence of secondary school completion (Diploma), if applicable.
- Review the New Student Orientation schedule here.
- Confirm receipt of your host family information, if applicable. Note: Information will be sent by Study Group.
- E-mail your flight information to intl@plu.edu
- Confirm receipt of your airport pick-up information. Note: Information will be sent by Study Group.
