Advice
What’s one thing every prospective PLU student should know?
PLU is a place that will guide you to become the person you are destined to be. The journey of doing that may be uncomfortable at times because you will be challenged to ask yourself the BIG questions and you must find the courage within to answer truthfully. If you do, you will discover that “growing up” is not as scary as you may have thought and that the “process” can be purposeful and enjoyable!
What do you like about living in the Northwest?
I have lived in Washington State for 35 years. It is the majestic beauty of this place that awes me. The mountains, the water, the dry land, you will find all of that in Washington. The Northwest is called “God’s Country” – when you experience the beauty of each “season” you’ll know and feel in your spirit why it has that name.
