Administrative Staff Council

Mission

We strive to serve as a communication link between all levels of non-faculty employees and between non-faculty employees and other members of the university and community including students, faculty, and administrative leaders. The council provides a forum for staff to raise and discuss areas and issues of interest and to make recommendations regarding such issues.

EVENTS

Every year, the council organizes events that highlight our families, salute our veterans and encourage inter-departmental fellowship. Timely information about all our events throughout the year will be sent via email or delivered in paper version to your campus mail box.

ASC Spring Event

When:  April 4 - 15

What:  Drive to benefit the Head Start Program at East Campus
We are collecting books and art supplies for 160 3 - 5 year olds enrolled in the Head Start preschool program at East Campus Suggested items:  Age-appropriate books, play doh, water colors, washable markers, color books, crayons, glue sticks, construction paper, safety scissors, stickers Donations may be dropped off with your ASC representative, or at the Concierge Desk in the UC.  We will also be collecting donations at the Benefits Fair on April 13th.

 FALL OPEN HOUSE

New volunteers from every division on campus are elected annually to represent their respective department on various committees.  Thank you for coming to meet us at our ASC open house this fall!
