Craig Chiado Named to Football Gazette Pre-season All-America Team

Pacific Lutheran wide receiver Craig Chiado has been named to Don Hansen's Football Gazette 2006 NCAA Division III Pre-season All-America Team. Chiado is a second team selection

Chiado, a junior-to-be from Albuquerque, N.M. (St. Pius X HS), caught 59 passes for 1,119 yards last season. He led the Northwest Conference in receiving yards and yards per game (124.3) and came in second in receptions per game (6.56).

Chiado was named to the Football Gazette All-America Honorable Mention team last season. He was also named to the Northwest Conference all-conference first team and the Football Gazette West Region first team.
