Heidenreich, McDaniels Named to All-NWC Honorable Mention

Landon Heidenreich and Scott McDaniels have been named to the All-Northwest Conference men's basketball honorable mention list in a vote of the conference coaches.

Heidenreich, a junior point guard from Vancouver, led all Northwest Conference players in assists-to-turnover ratio (5.8 assists to 2.5 turnovers) and was second in minutes per game (36.0) and in assists (5.8). His season numbers were impressive as he averaged 9.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game.

McDaniels, a junior post from Sammamish, came on strong during the second half of the Northwest Conference season and ended up 14th in the conference in scoring (13.9 points per game), third in rebounding (8.1) and fourth in blocked shots (1.06). For the season, McDaniels averaged 12.2 points and a team-best 7.5 rebounds per game.
