MEN’S TENNIS: Four PLU Players Named to All-NWC Teams

Sophomore Kevin Floyd (Grandview, Wash. / Sunnyside Christian HS) and senior Justin Larimore (Puyallup, Wash. / Cascade Christian HS) earned All-Northwest Conference first team honors in a vote of the conference coaches. In addition, sophomores Michael Manser (Boise, Idaho / University of Idaho) and Justin Peterson (St. Peter, Minn. / St. Peter HS) were selected to the All-NWC second team. Floyd, a first team pick last year, has a 10-11 record in singles play this year, all while playing No. 1 for the Lutes. Larimore, a second team pick in 2007, is 11-10 this year in singles, all but two of that coming at No. 2 singles. Floyd and Larimore have teamed up for a 10-5 doubles record playing in the top spot for the Lutes. Manser is 12-8 in singles play while Peterson is 12-11 in singles. The duo has combined for a 6-8 doubles record.
