Welcome to Auxiliary Services!

What is that, you may ask. We’re here to help you with the getting into buildings, finding general information, ordering your LuteCard, reserving a room, or planning an event. Navigating all this can be overwhelming. This is a place where you can feel connected to the answer and the tools you need to feel at home at Pacific Lutheran University.

On this site, you will find LuteCard Services, and everything you need to know about how to order a LuteCard, how to use one, cancel one or replace a lost card. This site will help you sign up for a meal plan, cancel one, change one or buy LuteBuck$. On-campus departments will go here to sign up for meals, to request department cards or badges.

The Concierge desk will help you find, or call anyone. Here you can get your ID card, add Dining Dollars, buy LuteBuck$, get information on Pierce Transit bus passes, and find copying and faxing services. You can even drop off your dry cleaning. Check out the Community Box Office for information on campus events, tickets and lectures.

Conferences
and Events will take care of all your needs for planning any event on campus.

Finally, through the Access portion of this division, you’ll be able to gain access to your office and classrooms for yourself, students, and employees. Report lost keys and cards here.

Auxiliary Services Mission

We are an operational and support department of PLU. We create and provide services to enhance the campus experience of the PLU community, its friends, and guests in support of the PLU mission, academic culture and fiscal goals.
