The nature of this particular seminar is such that participants should be comfortable walking up to fifteen miles per day. The walks are beautiful and at times vigorous.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit of $1000 is due with registration. Final Payment is due May 14, 2010.

The cost of the tour includes items as outlined in the itinerary and
supplemental travel insurance. The cost does NOT include airfare.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own air transportation to and from Oslo airport and ground transportation to and from the Oslo hotel. Also not included in the program fee: Fees for passports and, if applicable, visas; personal gratuities; laundry; excursions beyond those stated in the itinerary; wines, liquors and meals not mentioned in the program brochure; hotel at the conclusion of the seminar; all items of a strictly personal nature.

Price adjustments due to fuel surcharges and currency fluctuations will be the responsibility of the tour members. The tour conductor reserves the right to substitute comparable hotels and/or make adjustments to the itinerary to ensure the safety of the participants and the quality of the tour.

INSURANCE

The program does include supplemental travel insurance. As a participant you also are required to have personal domestic health, accident, disability and hospitalization insurance coverage for the duration of the program.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit of $1000 is non-refundable, unless the program is canceled.
Additional cancellation penalties apply:            
65-30 days prior to seminar:    75% cancellation penalty
30-0 days prior to seminar:    100% cancellation penalty
In addition, there may be specific cancellation charges for any unrecoverable funds expended on a participant’s behalf (e.g. travel expenses, entrance fees, theater tickets, etc.).
