All religious clubs and organizations on campus are approved by the Campus Ministry Council, a group of student leaders, University Pastors, the Vice President of Student Life, and several faculty members.  To register or re-register a religious club or organization for the 2014-2015 academic year, visit the Documents and Forms page to fill out both the Religious Club Registration Form and the Supplement.
