  • The Lincoln Center Peer Modeling Program @ Lincoln High School
    • Overview: The Peer Modeling Program (PMP) is a program to help pair high school seniors with college students in support of their post-high school endeavors. Participating college students will act as mentors, advisors and role models for their younger counterparts, meeting twice monthly for college guidance, post-high school planning and mentorship. Our goal is to create small communities of two mentors grouped with five mentees.
      • Time Needs: PMP Meetings will take place between 2:10-3:20 each Tuesday. Note-you do not have to be there each week, but are expected to participate 2x/month.
      • Content of Meetings: Meetings will meet the present demands of the senior class. Thus, in the fall, students and mentors will work to create a list of colleges that match their needs, as well as crafting quality personal statements. In the winter, college applications, scholarships and the FAFSA will be the focus. Springtime will focus on transitioning and adapting to college life.
      • NOTE: If transportation is an issue, let us know. We would like to work with you to make this possible.
