Ignite

Ignite brings students together to worship and trains them to live as disciples of Christ.

International Student Club

The International Student Club is a group of international students which organize, promote, and support social and cultural activities.  The ISC provides all students on campus and the community of PLU opportunities to appreciate the customs from the countries of origin of its members.

Invisible Childern United

This new student organization supports bringing the Invisible Children campaign to campus and raising awareness of the 20 year-long civil war going on in Northern Uganda and it's effects on the children who are captured by the rebel army and forced to fight in the war.

Latinos Unidos

LU provides awareness around the University about different types of Latino cultures in order to provide a welcoming environment to Latino students.

Latter-Day Saint Student Association

Encourages fellowship and scripture study among Latter-day Saint students and all others desiring to be involved.

Leaders Expressing Artistic Dreams (L.E.A.D. Art Club)

L.E.A.D. encourages and supports the appreciation and creation of art at PLU.

Legal Studies Club

The PLU Legal Studies Club is a student organization dedicated to providing students with an opportunity to expand their legal interests beyond the classroom.  The Legal Studies Club is for students from all majors and disciplines of study, regardless of their interest in law school or legal careers.

Lute Explosion--Trini Posse

Lute Explosion is an energetic student-run dance group with Afro-Trinidadian and Tobagonian influences. All are welcome!

L.U.N.I.C.Y.C.L.E.R.S. (Lutes with a Unique and Nifty Interest in Cautiously Yet Courageously Learning an Exquisitely Radical Skill)

This is the PLU Unicyclers Club for anyone interested in learning or gaining experience on a unicycle!

Lutheran Student Movement

We are a student run group that wishes to bring a solid Christ-centered community to PLU, offer good contemporary worship, a break from the harshness of college, solid Lutheran theology, and a chance to get connected with some great people.

The Mark

The Mark provides a creative atmosphere in which student may workshop current writing projects, allowing for positive critical growth manifested by a supportive group who maintain an interest in writing. The Mark contributes to the development of the written word on the PLU Campus.

Men As Partners Promoting Equality (MAPPE)

M.A.P.P.E. exists to promote healthy relationships, address issues of sexual assault, encourage positive, healthy expressions of masculinity and be visible, outspoken allies for all who experience prejudice, discrimination and sexist violence on campus and in our communities.

Minnesota Club

Providing social opportunities for PLU residents of Minnesota.

Montana Club

Providing social connections and ride-share opportunities for residents of The Last Best Place.

Mu Phi Epsilon

ΜΦΕ promotes high scholarship, musicianship and friendship through service, while providing opportunities for to grow strong artistic and personal abilities.

Music Teachers National Association (MTNA PLU)

The mission of Music Teachers National Association is to advance the value of music study and music making to society and to support the professionalism of music teachers.

Night of Musical Theatre

NOMT is a student-run theater club that focuses on producing a fun-filled evening once a year featuring current PLU students performing music from a variety of contemporary and classic broadway musicals.

Nordic Klubb

To bring together people in the PLU community who have a shared interest in the Nordic Country.

Opera Club

Providing inexpensive and educational opportunities for students, faculty and staff to experience opera.

Oseh Shalom Jewish Club

The Aliyah Jewish Club helps to connect the Jewish Community at PLU in order to help Jewish Students grow in their faith through fellowship, worship, and service.  All students are welcome to our Shabbats, first Friday of every month and our annual Passover.

Phi Alpha Honor Society:

The purpose of the ΦΑ Honor Society is to provide a closer bond among students of social work and promote humanitarian goals and ideals.  Phi Alpha fosters high standards of education for social workers and invites into membership those who have attained excellence in scholarship and achievement in social work.

To critically examine and discuss existential philosophical and social issues.

PLU Anime Club

We share in a large part of Japanese popular culture through the screening and discussing of current and classic Anime (Japanese Animation).

An in-depth discussion group about books. All are welcome!

PLU Democrats

Striving to assure that members are better able to educate students about the philosophy of the Democratic Party; assist in the election of local, state, and national Democratic candidates; and affect political change on the local, state, and national levels.

PLU GOP

To educate the PLU community and voters about the Republican Party and its ideals, to recruit members and leaders to the Republican party, and to help elect Republican leaders to public office.

PLU Halo

This club is for all those at PLU who play Halo and want to havea better opportunity to practic, improve, and enjoy their Halo skills.

PLU Kendo

Kendois a modern Japanese martial art. PLU Kendo exists to to nurture, develop, and instill honor in oneself to become a better student, person and citizen to the community while meditating on the "Way of the Sword".

PLU Magic: The Gathering

PLU Magic: The Gathering are a group of student that regularly meet to play the collectable card game, Magic.

PLU’s Organic Community Garden

The purpose of PLU's Community Garden is to reunite people with the process of growing food, connect PLU members and Parkland residents, and provide food for families in need.

PLU STEP Club

Stepping is a form of percussive dance in which the individual's entire body is used as an instrument to produce complex rhythms and sounds through a mixture of footsteps, spoken word, and hand claps. The PLU STEP Club is open to all levels of performers from novice to expert. Step up!

PLU Theological Society

A forum for the critically conscious discussion of theology.

PLUtonic

PLUtonic is student-run and directed men's a' cappella singing group that perform entirely without instruments.

Progress

Progress exists to raise funds for children in need of financial assistance with health care and to promote the concept of universal health care for children.
