Involvement Fair/Clubs Day

Involvement Fair, affectionately also known as iFair or Clubs Day, marks the beginning of a new school year for all of the clubs on campus. It’s an exciting time where club members gather in Red Square to table for their clubs and introduce Lutes, be they first-years or seniors, to something new. Interested Lutes will find themselves swimming in a sea of clubs of all sizes and shapes, religious and cultural, academic and just-for-fun. One tabling tip to keep in mind for the iFair is having visually stimulating items at your table. A table banner, prop, poster, club photo collage, or other objects that define your club will help the table and your club members to stand out from the crowd.

Getting a table for your club at the iFair is simple. When you turn in your club registration form at the end of the spring semester prior to the fall, you automatically reserve a table for your club at the fair. Whether or not you’d like to keep the table and take part in iFair is up to you. You can decline the table reservation later. Remember though, Involvement Fair creates a PLU mini-convention on campus grounds where students come to Red Square with one purpose on their minds: to check out clubs. Why not bring your club to its target audience?
