Club E-mail Accounts & Websites

Just like all students your organization can have an online club e-Pass account, which will give you many benefits including a dedicated e-mail, a web site, and the ability to log in to the PLU Calendar of Events to submit your programs. Any club that is registered and active can apply listing current officers.

The Departmental/Organizational Account Request form is available online on the Computing and Telecommunications (CATS) web site. Download the form, fill it out and have your club advisor sign it, then you can deliver it to the CATS help desk located on the first floor of the Library, or you can also campus-mail it to them. If you deliver the form by a Friday you should have your account available the following Monday.

Student clubs may also have a webpage hosted on PLU’s website. You can use it to provide information about your club to your members and others, like prospective students looking for ways to get involved at PLU. Create/Remove/Check Status of your web page on the PLU online toolkit on the Library and Computing web site. For additional information about setting up your web site please see the Library and Computing help page.

Important: Club e-Pass account passwords expire annually!

All club email inquiries and password resets can be directed to the CATS help desk at ext.7525.
