The Concierge offers many services to students, faculty, and the community. These services range from trip planning to dry cleaning to adding Lutebucks to your account! Check out the links below to learn more about how we can help you.
The Concierge works closely with the Building Access to provide quality service.
Key requests are place through the Access off, but once you have received the email stating that the key you have requested is ready to be picked up, you will need to visit the Concierge desk to pick it up, be sure to bring picture ID.
When it is time to return keys, bring them to the Concierge desk and we will process them for you.
Is the electronic access on your Lutecard not working? The Concierge can troubleshoot most access problems and we can usually have your card working on the same day.
For more information or to find out how to request access visit the Building Access website.

There are four computers in the AUC for public use. While you can't print from them, they are great for checking your e-mail between classes, looking up a schedule, or any other little thing you may need to do! Time use is limited to fifteen minutes, but they're great if you don't want to go all the way back to your room or the library to check something.
