FAQ's About PLU
One you've determined PLU is your venue of choice you will want to start comparing costs to budget. Of course the total cost of any event is dependent on the scope of the services involved. Our conference staff will be standing by to prepare a comprehensive quote as soon as you're needs are defined.
Once you're ready to book, you'll also want to be sure and secure the space. This is easy to do by calling our Conference Manager, Kelley Kohlwes, at 253-535-7670. Upon review and approval, our conference staff will also draw up a formal agreement for your function (see sample) for your pre-event scenario.
You will most likely also want to visit campus well in advance of your event to view the space(s) you plan to use and discuss important details with the conference staff. Feel free to connect with Conference Manager, Kelley Kohlwes, at anytime to set up an appointment for a site visit.
