Conference and Event Application

After review of application Conference/Event Organizer will be contacted regarding space availability and booking.

Meeting Space Needs

Please include the date, time, number of people, room setup, and any equipment needed for each room requested.

Ex: Room 1 - Date: February 8, 2010 Time: 8am-4pm. Set up classroom style for 75; one (1) - 6' table with two (2) chairs at front of room for head table; one (1) - 6' table and two chairs for registration set up just outside entrance to room; one (1) - 6' table for display set up to one side of room; need podium set up to one side of head table; one (1) podium microphone; equipment for PowerPoint presentation.
