Conference Services Crew
Every member of our conference services crew is dedicated to working together as a team to solve any problems and provide the best possible service to our guests.
In addition to our year-round, dedicated conference staff, each summer a group of student staff are hand-picked and purposefully trained to accommodate our summer tenants and events.
Events are generally assigned an Event Liaison as the go-to person for addressing needs, answering questions and anything else required to make the stay on campus a pleasant one. Your Event Liaison will remain available at all times during your event.
Our Conference Services Crew will be present to help prepare rooms in the residence halls, serve as dining hosts, provide campus navigational help, handle room set-ups and tear-downs and staff the office during your time here.
