Crossroads: A Confidential Weekly Meeting

Crossroads is a completely confidential group for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, intersex and 2 spirited PLU students, faculty and staff. The group is designed to be a fun, casual, safe, supportive and secure place where people can explore their sexual identity among peers. Crossroads is not a dating service, gossip group, or social club; Crossroads exists as a place where people can meet, ask questions, and seek advice, support, and friends. More »

Retreat Across the Street

"Retreat Across the Street" is an inaugural gathering for PLU students who identify as GBLTQQAI2.  Students attending the "Retreat Across the Street" will make connections, build community, engage in meaningful conversation, explore issues of identity, celebrate the energies and initiatives of the GLBT community at PLU and have an all-around good time. Lunch provided!  Retreat activities will be facilitated by Rick Barot, Abigail Blankner and Lace Smith with a special guest appearance by Erin Dana.

The Retreat Across the Street is a program sponsored by Diversity Center, the Women’s Center, Crossroads, and Student Involvement and Leadership.

The cost of retreat is free! Lunch will be provided.

What does the acronym GLBTQQAI2 stand for?

Gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, intersex and 2-spirited.

Can allies attend the retreat OR do I have to identify as GLBTQQAI2 or queer to attend?

You must identify as GLBTQQAI2 or queer to attend the retreat.
