Biography
Troy came to PLU by way of Korea; where he spent the last six years as a professor of tourism English helping young airline professional achieve their goals. Prior to that he worked as an animator / web designer before returning to his first love of sixteen years–cooking.
When not working he enjoys being creative; painting, sculpting, wood working, gardening and travel. he has also published a book in korea on toursim
