Accordions

Description

Accordions are used to organize elements on a web page. They add visual flair to a page by allowing you to hide and display information and other widgets in folds, like the fold in an accordion.

Each accordion fold can be opened and closed to show the content of the fold and you may specify a default fold to open when a page is loaded. There is no limit to the amount of folds you may have in an Accordion.

How-to

To create a new Accordions widget you must first select the parent folder (We recommend adding it to Accordions in the Widgets folder). Then head to the "New" dropdown menu in the upper left and select Widgets>>Accordions. This will create a new Accordions widget in the selected parent folder.

Select your new Accordions widget page and select "edit", you may now configure your new Accordions widget. See the Form Fields section to see what each field corresponds to. To add a new fold in the widget just select the "+" button in the top left of the "General >> Section" box.

  • Select a widget to include within the accordion fold

  • Select if you wish this fold to be open when the widget is loaded on a page
